The Fischer injection system FIS EM is a bonded anchor consisting of a cartridge with injection mortar Fischer FIS EM and a steel element. The steel element consist of a commercial threaded rod with washer and hexagon nut of sizes M8 to M30 or a Fischer internal threaded anchor RG MI of sizes M8 to M20 or a deformed reinforcing bar of sizes h = 8 to 40 mm or a Fischer rebar anchor FRA of sizes M12 to M24. The steel element is placed into a drilled hole filled with injection mortar and is anchored via the bond between metal part, injection mortar and concrete.

Suitable for: vertically perforated brick, solid brick, perforated sand-lime brick, solid sand-lime brick, hollow blocks, hollow pumice brick, hollow floors and other perforated brick. With solid materials, clean out the hole by blowing out at least four times, brush out four times, and blow out four times again. Badly cleaned hole = reduced load-bearing capacity! Insert anchor sleeve into hole until flush with surface. Fill with injection mortar starting from the bottom of the hole. Avoid bubbles. Press anchoring element down to the bottom of the sleeve, turning it slightly while doing so. Do not apply load to the anchor until after the prescribed curing time.

MasterBrace 1446 is designed as a structural adhesive and may be used to bond precast elements and segments. It can also be used as a polymer repair mortar and will bond to a wide variety of building and construction materials including concrete, masonry, timber and metals.

Bostik No Nails Instant is a premium grade quality, multipurpose construction adhesive that creates a high strength bond, eliminating the need for nails and screws in many decorating, refurbishment, building and DIY applications. Being water based, Bostik No Nails InstantTM has a very low odour. It is a safe, easy to use and environmentally friendly adhesive.

PUP 750 Foam

This foam adheres to all common building materials except from surfaces such as polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, Teflon, oil, grease and similar substrates. The cured foam is semi rigid, elastic, damp proof and resistant to rotting and ageing (protect from UV light). Surfaces must be firm, clean, free of dust and grease. Before application moisture surfaces with water sufficiently. When layer thickness is higher than 50 mm then apply in several layers moisturizing each layer. Chilled cans must be carefully warmed in like-warm water before use. Don’t heat up the can above 50 °C
