Foamjoint: is a pre-cut, zip top expansion joint that provides installation options for when a sealant is to be used. It is designed for easy on site tear off with its 10mm edge zipped construction. When the joint does not require a sealant, the foamjoint should be installed upside down, with the the zipped top down to avoid unwanted removal.
